Skin that shines aka kinclong a dream for almost all women. Skin can get great benefits from food that is inserted into the body and healthy food will make your skin shiny.

1. Simply drink
The recommended daily intake for water is eight 8 glasses a day. This does not mean you should be drinking water throughout the day. Water is found in food.

Add lemon or lime juice to drink plain water if the water does not appeal to you. Try to consume water instead of soda, to make your stay dehydrated and rid the body of toxins. Your skin will look more moist if you are hydrated enough.

2. Consumption of Vitamin C
Vitamin C helps reduce premature aging and is an important component to help give the skin glow. It also helps the formation of collagen, which gives the skin look younger and reduce wrinkles.

Vitamin C can be found in many foods, such as blueberries, oranges, sweet potato, orange and even green tea.

3. Consumption of Omega-3 Fatty Acids
Omega-3 fatty acids prevent dry skin. Quoted HealthySkincare, increase intake of omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the occurrence of clogged pores, reduces production of inflammatory agents that can cause skin damage, reduce skin dryness and dry skin problems like eczema, and improve skin elasticity.

4. Sleep enough
